These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Khelo Bindass website ("Site") and your purchase of bicycles and related products ("Products"). By accessing or using our Site and purchasing our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our Products.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.

Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (available at an additional cost).

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping is free for orders over ₹5,000.

• For orders below ₹5,000, a flat rate of ₹250 applies.

• Express Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

4. Delivery Areas

• We ship to most locations across India

• For remote or non-serviceable areas, delivery times may vary. We will notify you if there are any issues with shipping to your location.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS

6. Delivery Issues

• If your order is delayed, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at khelobindass@gmail.com or call us at +91 72196 74996.

• We will work with our shipping partners to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

7. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently do not ship internationally. Orders can only be shipped within India.

8. Change of Address

• Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of order placement.

• Address changes can be made within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at khelobindass@gmail.com or +91 72196 74996. After this period, changes may not be possible.

9. Signature on Delivery

• For security reasons, a signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package

10. Lost or Stolen Packages

• In the rare event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and provide you with updates
